Part of the 60th Anniversary Faculty Composition Series
Berklee Performance Center, 136 Mass Ave, Boston

Jeannie's exciting samba choral work for full rhythm section entitled Dance with Me will be presented at this Berklee Faculty concert. Co-written with Rev. Jason Shelton of Nashville, it premiered at the annual UU gathering General Assembly in June, 2005 in Ft. Worth, TX and inspired hundreds in the audience to generate a spontanous conga line that danced around the 3000-seated arena.

The all-star rhythm section includes Bruce Gertz on bass (who is also presenting a composition of his own), Ernesto Diaz on percussion, Rebecca Cline on piano, a full choir of Berklee's best vocal students, rounded out by student Lyndon Rochelle on drums and guitarist Paul Hanson. There will be samba dancing, too! Come celebrate with us, and check out the other great music in this concert. Tickets are only $5 at the Berklee Box Office, 136 Mass Ave, Boston. www.berkleebpc.com/boxoffice.html
